摘要
实验采用脉冲-红外吸收法,建立了稀土铁合金中氧含量的测定方法,分别考察了助熔剂、样品制备方式、加热功率等条件对测定结果的影响。结果表明,选用颗粒制备样品,以镍篮为助熔剂,分析功率为5000 W,在优化条件下,测得该方法检出下限为0.0014%,应用该方法测试实际样品,相对标准偏差为1.80%~4.46%(n=11),加标回收率为92.3%~115.5%。该方法操作简单快捷,精密度好,结果准确可靠,具有一定的实际应用价值。
In this paper, a method of determination of oxygen content in rare earth ferro-alloys by inert gas pulse-infrared absorption was established. The effects of flux, sample preparation method, heating power and other conditions on the determination results were investigated. The results showed the sample was prepared with particles nickel basket as the flux and analysis power was 5000 W. Under optimized conditions, the detection limit of the method was 0.0014%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the actual sample was 1.80% to 4.46%(n=11), and the recoveries were 92.3%~115.5%. The method has the advantages of simple and fast operation, good precision, accurate and reliable results, it has certain practical application value.
