摘要
目的:分析来曲唑联合尿促性素对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵、妊娠的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月莒南县人民医院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用来曲唑治疗,研究组采用来曲唑与尿促性素联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组排卵率、妊娠率、成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征能有效提高排卵率,保护患者的子宫内膜,增加妊娠率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of letrozole combined with urogonadotropin on ovulation promotion and pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients with PCOS admitted to Junan County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the study group was treated with letrozole combined with urogonadotropin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,number of mature follicles and endometrial thickness in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);luteinizing hormone and testosterone levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and estradiol levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Letrozole combined with urogonadotropin in the treatment of PCOS can effectively improve ovulation rate,protect the endometrium of patients,and increase the pregnancy rate.
