新疆职业院校有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识路径探究——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

摘要铸牢中华民族共同体意识根本在人,“向心”还是“离心”,关键在教育。高校是意识形态领域的前沿阵地,是开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键阵地。本文以乌鲁木齐职业大学聚焦有形有感有效推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识新疆实践为例,从完整准确全面贯彻新时代党的治疆方略、落实立德树人根本任务、构筑中华民族共有精神家园三个方面阐释了新疆职业院校开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必要性,依托民族地区职业教育的独特优势,从全面加强党的领导筑牢团结奋进之基、全面推进中华民族共有精神家园建设、全面构建各族师生互嵌式交往交流交融、全面推广“国家通用语言文字+”模式等方面,探究新疆职业院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践路径。 The foundation of strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese nation lies in the people,and whether they are"centripetal"or"centrifugal"hinges on education.Colleges and universities play the foremost part in the ideologi⁃cal sphere and are the key platform for consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation.This paper makes a case study of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation in a tangible,infectious and effective way in Urumqi Vocational College,which is a typical Xinjiang’s practice.Through the case study,it interprets the necessity of conducting the education of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation in Xinjiang vocational colleges from three aspects:fully and faithfully carrying out the plans and the policies of the CPC for the governance of Xinjiang in the new era,implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.A practical path is put forward in the paper.It is necessary for Xinjiang vocational colleges to forge a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation among students by relying on the unique advantages of vocational education in ethnic areas,comprehensively strengthening the Party's leadership to build a solid foundation for unity and endeavor,fully promoting the building of a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation,constructing the embedded com⁃munication and exchange model between teachers and students of all ethnic groups in all aspects,and popularizing the mode of"national common language+"national wide.
