摘要
在梳理“十三五”国家重点研发计划“粳稻和优质籼稻保质减损绿色储藏工艺优化与示范”,南方稻谷准低温储藏试点库成功经验的基础上,总结了稻谷全周期控温储藏工艺、粮仓隔热改造措施、粮堆表层靠墙垂直热皮粮温控温等关键技术。多个粮库应用实践表明,通过不同综合控温技术方式,所有的示范仓均实现了准低温储藏,储藏稻谷品质保持良好,延长了保质储藏期,为稻谷购销轮换争取了更多市场时机,产生了明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Based on the successful experience of“Key National R&D projects in the 13th five-year plan”,“Green storage technology optimization and demonstration for quality-preserving and loss-reducing of japonica rice and high-quality indica rice”,and the southern rice quasi-low temperature storage pilot bank,this paper summarized key technologies such as temperature control storage technology for rice throughout the entire cycle,thermal insulation renovation measures for grain silos,and temperature control of vertical hot skin grain on the surface of grain piles against walls.The application practice of multiple grain depots had shown that through different comprehensive temperature control technologies,all demonstration warehouses had achieved quasi low temperature storage,maintained good quality of stored rice,extended shelf life,and won more market opportunities for rice purchase and sales rotation,resulting in significant social and economic benefits.
