摘要
在Unipol流化床生产聚丙烯工艺中,循环气在冷却器中进行冷却,冷却水通过调温水泵提供动力并持续地注入到冷却器中,以达到良好的撤热效果并有效地调控循环气温度。循环水泵运行中存在的空气会影响换热效果,还会引起泵及管线的强烈振动,所以在调温水系统投用时,冷却水进入换热器的高点必须进行排气。循环气冷却器入口冷却水高点排放阀距离地面11m左右,没有固定的操作平台,搭设固定平台投资高使用率低,如果将排气阀末端加装延长管线和阀门引至地面操作会导致管线内冬季结冰,对生产操作不利,搭设临时平台或起重不仅需要办理相应作业票,而且攀爬的操作人员还有被淋湿甚至烫伤的风险。受古代桔槔启发,利用杠杆原理,现将一个球阀进行设备改造,将阀柄改成横杆形式,两边系上绝缘绳至地面,一个人便可以在地面上进行排气操作,投入低、效果好,方便快捷,安全可靠。
In the Unipol fluidized bed polypropylene production process,the circulating gas is cooled in the circulating gas cooler,and the cooling water is powered by the temperature control pump and continuously injected into the cooler to achieve a good heat removal effect and effectively control the circulating temperature.The air existing in the operation of the circulating pump will affect the heat transfer effect and cause strong vibration of the pump and pipeline,so when the temperature control water system is put into use,the cooling water must be vented at the high point of the heat exchanger.The high point discharge valve of the inlet cooling water of the circulating air cooler is about 1l m from the ground,there is no fixed operating platform,and the fixed platform is set up with high investment and low utilization rate.If the end of the exhaust valve is installed with extended pipelines and valves to the ground operation,it will cause ice formation in the pipeline in winter,which is unfavorable to the production operation.The temporary platform or lifting is not only required to handle the corresponding operation ticket.Inspired by the ancient sweep,using the lever principle,a ball valve was modified,the valve handle was changed into a horizontal rod form,both sides were tied to the ground,a person can exhaust on the ground operation.
