摘要
以“扎实推动共同富裕”为时代背景,从创业生态系统视角出发,以农民为主体,以农民创业生态系统为研究对象,遵循“共同富裕目标下农民创业系统概念模型构建——共同富裕目标下农民创业系统生成机制”的分析框架,构建共同富裕目标下农民创业生态系统理论模型。研究发现,共同富裕目标下农民创业生态系统是由核心主体、辅助主体、支持主体及乡村创业环境共同构成,主体与主体、主体与环境相互作用、协同发展,以政府引导机制、创业动力机制、资源整合机制、共生协同机制、平衡协调机制为生成机制,致力于促进乡村产业兴旺、缩小农村内部收入差距,促进乡村共同富裕的动态平衡系统。
From prospective of“solidly promoting common prosperity”and the perspective of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,with farmers as the main body and the entrepreneurial ecosystem of farmers as the research object,this paper has constructed a theoreti⁃cal model of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of farmers under the goal of common prosperity,following the analytical framework of“conceptual model construction of the entrepreneurial system of farmers under the goal of common prosperity-generation mecha⁃nism of the entrepreneurial system of farmers under the goal of common prosperity”.The results are as follows.The farmer entrepre⁃neurship ecosystem is composed of core entities,auxiliary entities,supporting entities,and rural entrepreneurship environment.The interaction and coordinated development between entities and the environment are achieved through government guidance mechanisms,entrepreneurial motivation mechanisms,resource integration mechanisms,symbiotic coordination mechanisms,and balance coordination mechanisms,which are committed to promoting the prosperity of rural industries,narrowing the income gap within rural areas,and promoting a dynamic balance system for rural common prosperity.
