摘要
慢性骨髓炎是多因创伤后出现急性骨髓炎治疗不恰当或延期治疗引起的一种炎症性疾病,属于中医“附骨疽”范畴。此病在临床治疗上存在治疗周期长、不易根治、抗生素耐药、反复手术等问题,通过中医药辨证论治治疗本病具有明显的疗效,文章总结了田心义教授治疗创伤后慢性骨髓炎的临证经验。田心义教授认为,本病多属于虚实夹杂证,外来损伤致皮肤肌肉受损,卫外之能丧失,邪毒注骨,进一步导致患者脏腑功能失调,气血生化无源,病迁延难愈;治疗中托毒补虚,内外兼施,汤膏并用,以恢复患者健康,提高患者生活自理能力。
