螺旋CT原木虫害在线检测系统设计

摘要 进境原木是一种高风险产品,其内部携带有害生物的可能性大,容易对我国本土生态环境产生恶劣影响。随着我国原木进口需求的迅速增长,进境原木的检验检疫工作难度陡增,原木产品通关效率和检疫能力之间的矛盾日益凸显。满洲里铁路口岸作为中国最大的延边陆路口岸,存在大量原木产品通关检疫的现实需求。然而进境原木的体积大、数量多,且虫害多发生于原木内部,现有手段无法高效、准确地对其虫害情况进行检测。本文综合调研了国内外原木虫害检测手段,设计了基于CT成像技术的原木虫害检测系统,能够有效提升原木虫害检测效率,压缩整体通关时长,具有较大的工业推广应用价值。 Imported logs are a high-risk product that poses a significant threat of carrying harmful organisms inside,which can lead to severe ecological damage in China.The increasing demand for log imports has made it incredibly challenging to inspect and quarantine them,creating a severe contradiction between the clearance efficiency and quarantine capacity of log products.The Manzhouli Railway Port,the largest land port in Yanbian,China,is responsible for customs clearance and quarantine of a large volume of log products.However,the volume and quantity of imported logs are large and pest infection often occur inside the logs,thus existing methods cannot efficiently and accurately detect pest situation.To address this issue,we have conducted comprehensive research on the detection methods of log pests domestically and internationally.Consequently,we have designed a log pest detection system based on CT(Computed Tomography)imaging technology,which can significantly improve the efficiency of log pest detection,compress the overall clearance time,and have tremendous industrial promotion and application value.
