百合种质资源农艺与营养品质性状分析及综合评价

Analysis and comprehensive evaluation of agronomic and nutritional quality traits of lily germplasm resources

摘要 以17份百合种质资源为材料,采用变异系数和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)对12个质量性状和27个数量性状进行遗传多样性分析,利用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数和逐步回归分析的方法对百合种质资源的农艺与营养品质性状进行综合评价,并筛选评价指标,以期为百合新品种选育提供参考。结果表明,12个质量性状中检测出47个变异类型,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为0.36~1.71;27个数量性状变异系数为0.06~0.58,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为1.23~1.97;表明百合种质资源各性状间存在较大差异且变异类型较为丰富。27个数量性状的相关性分析结果表明,百合表型性状与品质性状间存在显著或极显著的相关关系。聚类分析将17份百合种质资源聚为6类。主成分分析从27个指标性状中提取了7个主成分,可代表百合89.02%的遗传信息。采用隶属函数综合评价排名前3的百合种质资源为LZ1(兰州百合)、SD5(自育品种)、JD1(卷丹百合)。采用逐步线性回归方法筛选出4个百合种质资源综合评价指标,分别为膳食纤维含量、铁含量、总磷脂含量、鳞茎鲜质量。 Using 17 lily germplasm resources as materials,the genetic diversity of 12 quality traits and 27 quantitative traits was analyzed by variance coefficient and Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′),and the agronomic and nutritional quality traits of lily germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated by correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function and stepwise regression analysis.The evaluation indices were screened to provide reference for the breeding of new lily varieties.The results showed that 47 variation types were detected by analyzing 12 quality traits.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 0.36 to 1.71.The coefficient of variation of 27 quantitative traits ranged from 0.06 to 0.58.And the Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 1.23 to 1.97.The results showed that there were significant differences among the traits and the variation types were abundant.The correlation analysis of 27 quantitative traits showed that there were significant or extremely significant correlations between phenotypic traits and quality traits.The 17 lily germplasm resources were clustered into six classes by cluster analysis.Through principal component analysis,seven principal components were extracted from 27 traits,which could represent 89.02%of the genetic information of lily.LZ1(Lanzhou lily),SD5(self-cultivated variety)and JD1(Lilium lancifolium Ker Gawl.)were the top three lily varieties evaluated comprehensively by subordinate function.By using stepwise linear regression method,four comprehensive evaluation indexes of lily germplasm resources were selected,which were dietary fiber content,iron content,total phospholipid content and fresh weight of bulb.
