摘要
本文结合搅拌站原材料指标情况,研究粉煤灰、矿粉、膨胀剂、减缩剂掺量及砂率和浆骨比对混凝土开裂性能的影响,并开展了相关试验。结果表明:掺加适量的掺合料可以减少混凝土的收缩和开裂,对于抗裂效果而言,掺加矿粉比掺加粉煤灰的效果更好;在混凝土中掺加膨胀剂和减缩剂能预防混凝土开裂,且掺加减缩剂的效果优于膨胀剂;经过早期抗裂试验、圆环抗裂试验和无接触收缩试验验证,混凝土的砂率存在最优设计;由于塑性收缩是浆体失水收缩引起,在保证混凝土工作性的前提下,降低混凝土中的浆体量可以有效抑制混凝土收缩与开裂。
This article combines the raw material indicators of the mixing plant to study the effects of fly ash content,mineral powder content,sand ratio,types and amounts of expansion agents,shrinkage reducing agents,and slurry to bone ratio on the cracking performance of concrete,and conducts relevant experiments.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of admixture can reduce shrinkage and crack formation.In terms of crack resistance,adding mineral powder has a better effect than adding fly ash.Aadding expansion and shrinkage reducing agents to concrete can prevent cracking,and the effect of adding shrinkage reducing agents is better than that of expansion agents.After early crack resistance tests,circular ring crack resistance tests,and non-contact shrinkage tests,it has been verified that there is an optimal design for concrete sand ratio.Due to the fact that plastic shrinkage is caused by water loss and shrinkage of the slurry,reducing the amount of slurry in concrete can effectively suppress concrete shrinkage and cracking while ensuring its workability.
