摘要
随着国民经济水平的不断提高,我国的火力发电事业也发生了翻天覆地的变化。在这一变化的过程当中,针对当前火电厂锅炉余热利用率低、能源价格上涨导致发电亏损、环境压力逐渐增大的现状,提出通过对锅炉烟气余热利用系统改造,从而达到节能减排增加企业效益的目的。本文结合鄂温克发电厂1号机组烟气余热利用系统改造过程,介绍了改造思路及具体改造实验过程,并对改造后效益进行详细分析,结果显示系统改造净降低供电煤耗节能量为6.33g/(kW·h),为企业的创收和节能减排提供了一种新的途径。
With the continuous improvement of the national economic level,China's thermal power generation industry has also undergone earth shaking changes.In the process of this change,in response to the current situation of low boiler waste heat utilization rate,rising energy prices leading to power generation losses,and increasing environmental pressure in thermal power plants,the idea of retrofitting the boiler flue gas waste heat utilization system is proposed to achieve the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction,and increasing enterprise benefits.This article combines the renovation process of the flue gas waste heat utilization system of Unit 1 of Ewenke Power Plant,introduces the renovation ideas and specific renovation experimental process,and analyzes the benefits after the renovation in detail.The results show that the system renovation net reduces the coal consumption of power supply and saves energy by 6.33g/(kW·h),providing a new way for enterprises to generate income and save energy and emissions.
