摘要
随着1000MW等级电站锅炉的成熟应用,更高参数的锅炉由于材料限制始终未能开发应用,锅炉制造商之间转向了制造成本控制的竞争,焊接作为锅炉制造中的关键核心技术,焊接新技术的应用越来越受锅炉制造商的亲睐。简要阐述了锅炉集箱、膜式壁和蛇形管等部件所应用的智能化焊接现状,并对锅炉智能化焊接的未来发展进行了展望,以期对锅炉焊接相关人员有所帮助。
With the mature application of 1000MW power plant boilers,higher parameter boilers have not been developed and applied due to material limitations.Boiler manufacturers have turned to competition for manufacturing cost control.Welding,as a key core technology in boiler manufacturing,is increasingly favored by boiler manufacturers for the application of new welding technologies.This article briefly elaborates on the current status of intelligent welding applied to components such as boiler headers,membrane walls,and serpentine tubes,and looks forward to the future development of intelligent welding for boilers,in order to be helpful to personnel related to boiler welding.
