摘要
革命精神是中国共产党在长期的革命、建设和改革实践过程中形成的优良传统和作风的高度凝练,激励着一代又一代中国人斗志昂扬地投入社会主义建设实践.当前,高校毕业生面临着就业难的现实问题,这其中不但有社会经济发展结构性变革、周期性调整的客观原因,也有主观上受"等靠要"、追求安稳、急功近利等错误就业观影响的因素.学习、了解革命精神有利于当代大学生培养自力更生、艰苦创业、百折不挠和无私奉献等精神品质,从而有助于当代大学生树立正确的就业观,积极地走上社会,实现自己的人生价值.
The revolutionary spirit is a highly condensed fine tradition and style formed by the CPC in the long-term process of revolution,construction and reform practice,which encourages generation after generation of Chinese to devote themselves to the practice of socialist construction with high morale.Currently,college graduates are facing the practical problem of difficult employment,which is not only due to objective reasons such as structural changes and cyclical adjustments in social and economic development,but also subjectively influenced by erroneous employment views such as"waiting for reliance",pursuing stability,and seeking quick success and instant benefits.Learning and understanding the revolutionary spirit is beneficial for contemporary college students to establish spiritual qualities such as self-reliance,hard work,perseverance,and selfless dedication,thereby helping them establish a correct employment concept,actively enter society,and realize their own life value.
