摘要
哲学社会科学实验室作为集人才培养、知识生产、技术开发、社会服务等多重目标、多元主体、多类要素的协同研究平台,是开展跨专业、跨学科、跨领域研究的重要载体。现从动态、系统的视角观察哲学社会科学实验室全生命周期建设,并基于复杂自适应系统理论,将哲学社会科学实验室运行过程划分为目标设定、组织管理、政策机制、评价反馈4个层次,探讨系统的复杂性、自适应性、自组织性等特征,并基于各模块间的闭环逻辑关系提出多层级的目标管理、多节点的资源分配、动态策略调整、多维度评价机制等建设路径,以期为提升哲学社会科学实验室内部治理效能和外部辐射能级提供可探讨方案。
As a research platform that integrates multiple objectives,subjects,and types of elements synergizing talent cultivation,knowledge production,technology development,and social services,the philosophy and social science laboratory is an important carrier for conducting interprofessional,interdisciplinary,and cross-disciplinary research.This paper observes the whole life cycle construction of philosophy and social science laboratories from a dynamic and systematic perspective and based on the theory of complex adaptive system,divides the operation process of philosophy and social science laboratories into four levels,i.e.,goal setting,organization and management,policy mechanism,and evaluation and feedback,explores the characteristics of complexity,adaptiveness,and self-organization of the system,and proposes multi-level goal management based on the closed-loop logical relationship among modules.The construction paths of multi-level goal management,multi-node resource allocation,dynamic strategy adjustment,and multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism are proposed based on the closed-loop logical relationship among the modules.It is hopeful to provide an explorable solutions for improving the internal governance effectiveness and external radiation capacity of philosophy and social science laboratories.
