船舶机电设备综合可靠性试验技术研究综述

摘要 首先,阐述了船舶机电设备综合应力特征及其耦合效应,包括温湿度-振动、温湿度-盐雾、振动-摇摆、工作载荷-综合环境等耦合,表明可靠性试验中综合应力耦合的必要性;其次,概述了国内外综合试验装置研制情况,包括三综合、四综合试验装置,振动-摇摆试验装置,工作载荷-综合环境试验装置,了解到现有综合应力试验设备已不能满足船舶机电设备真实环境模拟的要求;最后,梳理、对比了温湿-振动、温湿-盐雾、摇摆-振动和工作载荷-综合环境可靠性试验方法研究现状,并以船舶离心泵为对象,模拟离心泵实船服役环境,提出了一种适用于船舶机电设备的可靠性试验技术方案,为后续建立船舶机电设备综合可靠性试验标准提供了参考。 Firstly,the comprehensive stress characteristics and coupling effects of ship electromechanical equipment are described,including the coupling of temperature and humidity-vibration,temperature and humidity-salt spray,vibration-swing,working load-comprehensive environment,which indicates the necessity of comprehensive stress coupling in reliability test.Secondly,the development of comprehensive test equipment at home and abroad is summarized,including three kinds of stress comprehensive test equipment,four kinds of stress comprehensive test equipment,vibration-swing test equipment,working load-comprehensive environment test equipment,and it is understood that the existing comprehensive stress test equipment can not meet the requirements of the real environment simulation of marine mechanical and electrical equipment.Finally,the research status of the reliability test methods of temperature and humidity-vibration,temperature and humidity-salt spray,rocking-vibration,and working load-comprehensive environment are sorted out and compared.Taking marine centrifugal pump as the object,the service environment of marine centrifugal pump is simulated,and a reliability test technical scheme suitable for marine mechanical and electrical equipment is proposed,which provides a reference for the subsequent establishment of comprehensive reliability test standards for marine mechanical and electrical equipment.
