乳腺导管原位癌采用超声与钼靶联合诊断的应用效果观察

摘要 目的 观察乳腺导管原位癌采用超声与钼靶联合诊断的应用效果。方法 研究以回顾性分析的形式完成,研究日期为2018年3月—2023年3月,按照研究要求筛取观察对象45例,均为乳腺导管原位癌患者。所有患者均经病理穿刺或手术确诊。入组后,依次给予患者超声检查、钼靶X线摄影检查,记录检查结果,“金标准”为病理结果,统计不同检查方式的实践效能。结果 相较于钼靶摄影、超声检查技术单独应用,联合检出率明显更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在乳腺导管原位癌的检查诊断中,钼靶检出率高于超声,联合检出率高于单项检出率。为从不同角度实现病变情况的充分筛查,建议采用两组检查技术联合应用的方式,以提高临床检出率,满足患者的诊疗需求。 Objective To introduce ultrasound combined with molybdenum target diagnostic technology for diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ,and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 45 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ from March 2018 to March 2023 according to research requirements as observation subjects.All patients were diagnosed through pathological puncture or surgery.After enrollment,patients were sequentially treated with ultrasound examination and molybdenum target X-ray examination.Examination results were recorded,practical effect of different examination methods was calculated based on pathological results with"gold standard".Results Among 45 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ,combined detection rate of 88.89%(40/45)was significantly higher than molybdenum target photography and ultrasound examination techniques only(P<0.05).Conclusion During examination and diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ,detection rate of molybdenum target is higher than ultrasound,combined detection rate is higher than single detection.It is recommended to apply two examination techniques in combination to improve clinical detection rate and meet diagnostic and treatment needs of patients,and achieve sufficient screening of lesions from different perspectives.
