摘要
市面上同时流行HJT、TOPCon、PERC等类型光伏组件,目前已有试验室STC下不同工艺条件下光伏组件的发电情况数据,但在热带季风气候地区户外实际发电表现尚无实际验证,同时工信部对晶硅组件有着户外实际运行情况下的衰减率要求。本文设计了两组试验以验证不同工艺光伏组件的发电情况,进行对比和衰减率判定。结果显示,HJT组件要比N-TOPCon、P-TOPCon更优异,晶硅的衰减情况均满足工信部要求。
HJT,TOPCon and PERC types of photovoltaic modules are popular on the market.Currently,there are data on the power generation of photovoltaic modules in different process conditions under laboratory STC,but the actual outdoor power generation performance in tropical monsoon areas is not verified.At the same time,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has requirements for the attenuation rate of crystalline silicon modules under outdoor actual operation conditions.This paper designs two sets of experiments to verify the power generation of photovoltaic modules with different processes,compare and determine the attenuation rate.The results show that HJT modules are superior to N-TOPCon and P-TOPCon,and the attenuation of crystalline silicon meets the requirements.
