摘要
语言服务标准化建设是提升语言服务质量、促进市场公平竞争、加快行业从“自律”到“他律”转型的重要途径。自2003年首部语言服务国家标准发布至今,我国语言服务标准化建设历经20年发展已经取得阶段性成果。本文在对我国语言服务标准化历程进行归纳的基础上,结合“桑德斯标准化原理”分析现存问题并提出相应对策,以期为我国语言服务标准化建设提供理论支撑。
Standardization serves as a vital means for improving service quality,fostering fair market competition,and facilitating the transition from self-regulation to external regulation in the language services industry.Since the introduction of the first national language service standard in 2003,China's standardization in language services has undergone a twenty-year development and achieved significant milestones.This paper provides an overview of the progress of language services standardization in China,and applies Sanders'Principles of Standardization to figure out the existing challenges and propose corresponding countermeasures.It aims to lay theoretical foundations for the continued advancement of China's standardization in language services.
