湖南省数字经济发展水平测度及时空特征分析 被引量:1

Study on the Development Level and the Spatio-Temporal Characteristic of Hunan Province's Digital Economy

摘要 从数字化基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化和发展潜力4个维度构建湖南数字经济发展水平测度指标体系,基于2018-2022年湖南全省及14个市(州)的面板数据,运用熵权TOPSIS法对湖南数字经济发展水平进行分区域、分市(州)和分年度的多维度测度与分析;通过构建Moran's I指数,测算了湖南14个市(州)数字经济发展水平的空间差异。结果表明:从时间演进特征看,2018-2022年,湖南数字经济发展水平整体以“稳中求进”的态势不断上升,除衡阳、岳阳、郴州少数几个市出现短暂下跌外,其他市(州)数字经济发展水平均有不同程度上升;从空间相关特征看,各市(州)数字经济发展水平差异较大,长沙、湘潭、株洲、岳阳、衡阳等市的数字经济发展水平高于全省平均水平,处于领先行列,张家界市和湘西自治州综合发展水平较为靠后,且在空间上表现出“强邻强、弱依弱”的空间相邻关系。 Based on panel data of Hunan province and 14 cities and prefectures from 2018 to 2022,by constructing a measurement index system for the development level of digital economy in Hunan province from four dimensions:digital foundation,digital environment,digital application,and digital innovation,this paper first used the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure and analyze the development level of digital economy in Hunan province from multiple dimensions,including regions,cities and prefectures,and years;then,by constructing the Moran's I index,this paper calculates the spatial differences in the development level of digital economy among 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan province.The research results show that:From the perspective of time evolution characteristics from 2018 to 2022,the overall development level of Hunan's digital economy continued to rise with a trend of"seeking progress while maintaining stability",except for a few cities and prefectures in Hengyang,Yueyang,and Chenzhou that experienced a brief decline,the development level of digital economy in other cities and prefectures has increased to varying degrees.At the same time,from the perspective of cities and prefectures,there are still significant differences among them.The development level of digital economy in cities and prefectures such as Changsha,Xiangtan,Zhuzhou,Yueyang,and Hengyang is higher than the average level in the province,and they are in the leading position,While Zhangjiajie City and Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture have relatively lower comprehensive development levels,and it exhibits a spatial adjacency relationship of"strongly adjacent to strong,weakly dependent on weak"in space.
