摘要
采用流动注射法测定水质中总氮的含量,结果表明:总氮浓度与峰面积的线性拟合为Y=0.99811+3.41667X,相关系数为0.99977;检出限MDL为0.013373 mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.40%;加标回收率介于98.0%~110.0%;能满足水质质量监控的要求,均符合国标检测要求。流动注射在线分析法自动化程度高、检测灵敏度高、稳定性好、消耗试剂少、环境污染小,适合批量水样中总氮含量的检测与分析。
The content of the total nitrogen in the water quality was measured by the flow injection method.The results showed that the linear fit between the total nitrogen concentration and the peak area was:Y=0.99811+3.41667X,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99977;the detection limit was mdl=0.013373 mg/L.The relative standard deviation is 1.40%.the bidding recovery rate is 98.0%~110.0%.The requirements for water quality monitoring can meet the requirements of the national standard testing.Mobile injection online analysis method has the characteristic of high degree of automation,high detection sensitivity,good stability,small consumption reagent,and small environmental pollution,which is suitable for detection and analysis of total nitrogen content in batch water samples.
