摘要
在市政工程的建设过程中,施工管理是至关重要的一环。为了确保项目顺利进行并达到预期效果,必须采取一系列有效的措施来保证施工质量和进度。文章将从市政工程施工管理基础理论出发,通过对市政工程施工规划设计管理、进度管理、成本管理等方面进行分析,提出了一些相关的管理措施,以期为今后市政工程建设提供参考价值。
In the construction process of municipal engineering,construction management is a crucial link.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project and achieve the expected effect,a series of effective measures must be taken to ensure the construction quality and progress.Starting from the basic theory of municipal engineering construction management,this paper analyzes the planning and design management,schedule management,cost management and other aspects of municipal engineering construction,and puts forward some relevant management measures,in order to provide reference value for municipal engineering construction in the future.
