颗粒填充钢管支护构件防冲减震性能研究

摘要 为解决钢管混凝土内部混凝土收缩产生裂缝导致支护效果减弱问题,基于光滑粒子流(SPH)方法研究砂石颗粒充填钢管防冲减震性能,采用有限元软件建立砂石钢管和钢管混凝土受到轴向冲击与循环荷载作用模型,通过吸能指标与阻尼比进行对比,最终充填至巷道拱形支架中分析二者支护效果。研究结果表明:顶板轴向冲击时砂石钢管顶板能量衰减更多,且内部塑性耗散能密度更大,产生裂缝的概率更低。砂石钢管内部颗粒黏聚效果良好更早进入回升段,恒载段更加稳定,吸能效率更优;循环荷载作用时砂石钢管内部颗粒具有较好黏聚力与摩擦耗能作用,滞回曲线宽度增幅较小,砂石颗粒钢管阻尼比大于钢管混凝土,耗能效果较好;在巷道支护中,砂石充填拱架支护巷道位移量与拱架等效塑性应变值基本小于钢管混凝土拱架,其中两帮底部受弯较严重位置巷道位移量与拱架等效塑性应变大于钢管混凝土。研究结果为钢管支护构件在巷道支护的运用提供有益参考。 In order to solve the problem of weakening support effect due to the cracks caused by concrete shrinkage inside the concrete-filled steel pipe,the anti-impact and damping performance of sandstone particle-filled steel pipe was studied based on the smooth particle flow(SPH)method.The finite element software is used to establish a model of sandstone-filled steel pipe and concrete-filled steel tube subjected to axial impact and cyclic loading,which is compared with the damping ratio through the energy absorption index and finally filled into the arch support of the roadway to analyze the effect of both supports.The results show that for the roof axial impact,the roof energy attenuation of sandstone-filled steel pipe is greater,The internal plastic dissipation energy density is greater,and the probability of producing cracks is lower.The internal particles of sandstone-filled steel pipe have good adhesion and friction energy dissipation,which gets into the recovery section earlier,the constant load section is more stable,and the efficiency of energy absorption is better.Under the cyclic loading action,the sandstone-filled steel pipe has the better adhesion and friction energy dissipation,the width increase of hysteresis curve is small,and the damping ratio of sandstone-filled steel pipe is larger than that of concrete-filled steel pipe,with better energy dissipation effect.In the roadway support,the displacement of roadway with sandstone-filled arch support and the equivalent plastic strain value of the arch are basically smaller than those of the concrete-filled steel pipe arch,in which the displacement of the roadway at the bottom of both sides with serious bending position and the equivalent plastic strain of the arch are larger than that of the concrete-filled steel pipe.The research results can provide a useful reference for the use of steel pipe support components in the roadway support.
