摘要
目的 探讨将一站式个体化全程健康管理模式应用在健康管理中心护理质量控制中的价值。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年4月在成都市某三甲医院健康管理中心进行健康管理的4 393例慢性病患者作为研究对象,按照动态随机分组法分为对照组(n=2 462)和试验组(n=1 931)。对照组实施常规健康管理模式,试验组应用一站式个体化全程健康管理模式,比较两组慢性病患者健康管理护理质量控制相关指标、健康管理报告合格率及客户健康管理满意度情况。结果 实施一站式个体化全程健康管理模式后,患者健康管理满意度、护理质量控制相关指标和健康管理报告合格情况均得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一站式个体化全程健康管理模式可持续评估、监测和解决健康管理护理质量控制中存在的问题,提高健康管理质量及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of the one-stop personalized whole-course health management model in nursing quality control at a health management center.Methods A total of 4393 patients with chronic diseases who underwent health management in the health management center of a tertiary hospital in Chengdu from September 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study population.They were divided into either a control group(n=2462)or an experimental group(n=1931)using a dynamic randomization method.The control group received routine health management,while the experimental group received one-stop personalized whole-course health management.The health management nursing quality control indicators,qualification rate of health management reports,and patients satisfaction with health management were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of the one-stop personalized whole-course health management model,there were significant improvements in health management satisfaction,nursing quality control indicators,and qualification rate of health management reports,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-stop personalized whole-course health management model enables continuous evaluation,monitoring,and resolution of issues related to nursing quality control in health management,and improves the quality of health management and patients satisfaction.
