固相光度法测定樟树树叶中微量稀土元素含量研究

摘要 以石蜡为固体萃取剂,8-羟基喹啉为显色剂,采用固相光度法测定樟树树叶中微量稀土元素的含量,探讨了不同因素对稀土元素测定的影响,确定了最佳分析条件。当镧稀土元素的质量浓度为0~1.6μg/mL时,溶液褪色程度与镧稀土元素含量呈线性关系,符合朗伯-比尔定律。镧稀土元素测试的相对标准偏差为2.5%,加标回收率为94.3%~106.1%。本方法灵敏度高、选择性好,测试结果满意。 Trace rare earth elements in camphor tree leaves was determined by solid-phase spectrophotometry with paraffin as a solid extraction agent and 8-hydroxyquinoline as a chromogenic agent.The influence was investigated of various factors on rare earth elements and the optimum analytical conditions were determined.When the mass concentration of lanthanide rare earth elements ranges from 0 to 1.6μg/mL,there is a linear relationship between color fading degree and lanthanide rare earth elements content following Beer’s law.The relative standard deviation for the testing of lanthanide rare earth elements is 2.5%,and the spike recovery rate ranges from 94.3%to 106.1%.This method exhibits high sensitivity,excellent selectivity,and satisfactory test results.
