摘要
水性丙烯酸防腐涂料是一种绿色环保型涂料,在轻防腐领域应用较为广泛,但依然存在耐盐雾性能低、耐溶剂性差和硬度低等不足,本文通过在实验室前期研究的配方基础上添加不同含量的石墨烯对其性能进行改性,探讨了加入不同比例的石墨烯对涂料性能的影响,并测试涂层的耐冲击性、附着力、铅笔硬度、耐盐水和耐盐雾性能。结果表明,石墨烯含量3%的涂料制备的涂层耐冲击性能达到40 cm、铅笔硬度达5H、附着力达0级、耐盐水测试符合标准、耐盐雾测试达120 h,符合国家标准。
Waterborne acrylic anti-corrosion coating is a green and environmentally friendly coating that should be widely used in the field of light corrosion protection.However,there are still shortcomings such as low salt spray resistance,poor solvent resistance,and low hardness.This article modifies its performance by adding different amounts of graphene based on the formula studied in the laboratory,and explores the impact resistance,adhesion,and pencil hardness,salt water resistance,and salt spray resistance.The results showed that the impact resistance of the coating with 3% graphene addition reached 40 cm,pencil hardness reached 5H,adhesion reached level 0,salt water resistance met the requirements,and salt spray resistance was tested for 120 h.
