摘要
高校物业服务是集服务、经营和管理等为一体的综合性服务。标准体系建设是实现高校物业高质量发展的必然要求。本文结合高校物业行业领域发展现状和趋势,以安徽省为例探讨高校物业服务标准体系构建的思路、框架及内容,为安徽省下一步高校物业领域标准的制定明确方向,也为我国其他地区高校物业服务标准体系的构建提供参考与借鉴。
Property services in colleges and universities are a comprehensive service that integrates services,operation and management.The construction of standards system is an inevitable requirement to realize the high-quality development of college property.Based on the current situation and trend of the development of the property management industry in colleges and universities,this paper takes Anhui province as an example to discuss the idea,framework and content of the construction of the standards system on property services in colleges and universities,which provides a clear direction for the next step of standards development in field of property management in colleges and universities in Anhui,and also provides a reference for the construction of standards system in other regions of China.
