摘要
近几年,轨道交通的建设迅猛发展,但受土地资源等因素制约,其主变电所往往位于城区,模块化装配式技术的应用显得尤为重要。通过对一次设备运输单元的划分及预制式电缆终端的选择,简化现场对接及接线工作量,实现一次设备“即插即用”;通过采用统一设备基础、统一基础尺寸模数,采用标准化定型钢模浇制混凝土,提高工艺水平,推进现场机械化施工及电气安装,减少劳动力投入,降低现场安全风险,提高工程质量,为未来轨道交通主变电所的建设、运行提供借鉴和参考。
In recent years the construction of rail transit has developed rapidly,but restricted by land resources and other factors,its main electrical substation is often located in urban areas,so the application of modular assembly technology is particularly important.This paper simplifies the on-site docking and wiring workload by dividing the transportation units of primary equipment and selecting prefabricated cable terminals,achieving"plug and play"of primary equipment.By adopting a unified equipment foundation and a unified foundation size module,standardized and shaped steel molds are applied to concrete preparation and improve process level.This may help in facilitating the promotion of on-site mechanized construction and electrical installation,the reduction of labor input and on-site safety risks,and improvement of project quality,and can provide useful information for future practices in construction and operation of rail transit main substations.
