基于改进遗传算法的架廊机主梁结构优化

摘要 为了在保证架廊机强度、刚度和侧向屈曲稳定性等基础上,减小架廊机的自身质量,文中基于改进遗传算法对架廊机主梁结构进行了优化设计与力学性能分析。通过对架廊机主梁载荷工况分析,在ABAQUS软件平台上建立了主梁有限元模型,对优化前主梁的强度和刚度进行了分析。在此基础上,以单节段主梁为研究对象,采用基于精英策略的改进遗传算法建立了主梁结构优化模型,通过MATLAB软件求解获得了优化后的主梁横截面几何参数。最后,建立了优化后主梁的有限元模型并进行受力分析。结果表明:通过结构优化设计实现了主梁自身质量减小11.5%,同时保证了主梁的强度和刚度等性能,满足架廊机的设计要求。 In this article,in order to reduce the tunnel erecting machine's self-weight while ensuring its strength,rigidity and lateral buckling stability,the main girder is subject to both the optimization design and the analysis on mechanical perform-ance based on the improved genetic algorithm.By exploring the load exerted on the main girder,the finite-element model of the main girder is set up on the ABAQUS platform,and both the strength and the rigidity before optimization are analyzed.Then,with the focus on the single-segment main girder,the optimization model is set up with the help of the improved genetic algorithm based on the elite strategy,and the optimized cross-section geometric parameters of the main girder are identified by means of MATLAB.Finally,the finite-element model of the optimized main girder is set up for the force analysis.The results show that the main girder's weight has reduced by 11.5%thanks to the structural optimization,and its strength and rigidity are desirable to meet the design requirements of the tunnel erecting machine.
