数字化图书馆与信息组织建设对高校的未来发展会产生深远影响。因此,深入研究并优化数字化图书馆建设关键路径的各个环节显得尤为重要。文章以曲阜师范大学新建图书馆为例,探究数字化图书馆与信息组织建设的实施和建议。曲阜师范大学新建图书馆在数字化图书馆建设方面,采用通用的元数据标准,对数字资源进行规范管理;引入知识图谱技术,构建主题关联网络;采用云计算技术,提高数据处理效率,实现数据的弹性扩展;采用先进的加密技术和权限管理系统,保障学术信息的安全性;制定明确的隐私政策,保护用户个人隐私。在信息组织阶段,建议曲阜师范大学新建图书馆积极参与开放数据倡议,与其他图书馆和机构合作,共建知识图谱,促进资源之间的互联互通。同时,鼓励学术社群参与元数据的贡献,以丰富数字馆藏,提升知识图谱的广度与深度。最后,用户体验是新建图书馆关键路径的终点。通过设计直观、易用的用户界面,实现响应式设计,适应不同终端设备,以提供一致而高效的访问体验。创新服务模式也是提高用户体验的重要手段,要引入虚拟现实等技术,创造更具吸引力和互动性的数字化服务。以上关键路径的实施将有助于曲阜师范大学新建图书馆充分发挥数字化图书馆与信息组织的优势,为其他高校数字化图书馆建设提供参考,也为教育和研究提供更强大的支持。
The construction of digital libraries and information organizations will have a profound impact on the future development of universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct in-depth research and optimize various aspects of the key path of digital library construction.The article takes the newly built library of Qufu Normal University as an example to explore the implementation and suggestions of digital library and information organization construction.The newly built library of Qufu Normal University adopts a universal metadata standard to standardize the management of digital resources in the construction of digital libraries,introducing knowledge graph technology to construct a topic association network,adopting cloud computing technology to improve data processing efficiency and achieve elastic expansion of data,adopting advanced encryption technology and permission management system to ensure the security of academic information,at the same time,establish clear privacy policies to protect the personal privacy of users.In the information organization stage,it is recommended that the newly built library of Qufu Normal University actively participate in the open data initiative,cooperate with other libraries and institutions,jointly build a knowledge graph,and promote the interconnection of resources.At the same time,encourage academic communities to participate in the contribution of metadata to enrich digital collections and enhance the breadth and depth of knowledge graphs.Finally,user experience is the endpoint of the critical path for building a new library.By designing an intuitive and user-friendly user interface,responsive design can be achieved to adapt to different terminal devices,providing a consistent and efficient access experience.Innovative service models are also an important means to improve user experience,and technologies such as virtual reality should be introduced to create more attractive and interactive digital services.The implementation of the above key paths will help the new library of Qufu Normal University fully leverage the advantages of digital libraries and information organizations,provide reference for the construction of digital libraries in other universities,and also provide stronger support for education and research.
