摘要
基于机组在检修大轴法兰分解过程中联轴螺栓取出困难,利用液压油缸直接对螺栓施加外力,使其轴向产生微量拉伸变形,从而使螺母易于松动并与大轴法兰接触面脱离,利用液压拉伸器下端的底座开口,人工通过金属棍拨动螺母转动拆卸。这一创新型拔螺栓工具极大的提高了工作效率,减轻了工作强度,同时延长了联轴螺栓的使用寿命,提高了机组检修质量,可供相似场景的螺栓取出参考。
During the disassembly maintenance of large shaft flanges in generator units,it is often difficult to pull out the coupling bolts.Thus,a bolt pulling tool is developed,in which a hydraulic cylinder directly applies external force on the bolt to cause slight axial tensile deformation and make it loose and detached from the contact surface with the flange.Then,from the opening on the lower end of the hydraulic stretcher,the bolt can be rotate and disassemble manually with a metal rod.This innovative bolt pulling tool greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the work intensity.Also,the service life of the coupling bolts is extended and the maintenance quality of the units is improved.It can be useful reference for the bolt pulling work in similar scenarios.
