摘要
为解决明挖地铁车站侧墙常规散拼施工繁琐及整片吊装安全风险大等问题,开发研究了可滑移式侧墙模板自动化施工技术。通过对技术原理进行可行性分析,从可滑移式墙模板方案设计、构造装置设计和模板安装要求三方面研究技术方案。重点介绍了可滑移式侧墙模板自动化施工技术过程控制重点,分析了各工序施工控制技术要求。通过对实施效果进行验证,证明技术科学合理,施工安装连接方便,施工效率和文明施工效果显著。该技术可广泛适用于明挖地铁、盖挖地铁、箱涵、隧道工程墙模板安装与拆除工程,值得大力推广。
In order to solve the problems of complicated routine construction of side wall of open-cut subway station and high safety risk of whole lifting,the automatic construction technology of sliding side wall formwork is developed and studied.Through the feasibility analysis of the technical principle,the technical scheme is studied from three aspects:the scheme design of slidable wall formwork,the design of construction device and the installation requirements of formwork.This paper mainly introduces the key points of automatic construction technology process control of slidable side wall formwork,and analyzes the technical requirements of construction control in each process.Through the verification of the implementation effect,it is proved that the technology is scientific and reasonable,the construction installation and connection are convenient,and the construction efficiency and civilized construction effect are remarkable.This technology can be widely applied to the installation and removal of wall formwork in open-cut subway,covered subway,box culvert and tunnel engineering,and is worth popularizing.
