基于自适应Kriging模型的双螺旋轴可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 双螺旋轴是高速水稻插秧机的关键部分,其回转槽面在强轴向力作用下容易破坏失效,因此对双螺旋轴进行可靠性分析十分重要.针对传统方法获得其可靠度耗资大、时间长的问题,采用自适应Kriging模型结合Monte Carlo模拟的可靠性分析方法(AK-MCS)对双螺旋轴进行可靠性分析,以减少计算成本、提高计算效率.根据双螺旋轴的工况条件,考虑材料密度、工作载荷、工作温度3个参数对其所受挤压应力的影响,进行可靠性分析.分析结果表明:在许用应力值为613.21 MPa的条件下,计算得出双螺旋轴的可靠度为0.9986.与单一的Monte Carlo模拟法进行对比,本文提出的评估方法在仿真效率上有明显优势,为双螺旋轴可靠性分析提供了一种思路. Double helix shaft is the key part of high-speed rice transplanter.The rotary groove surface of double helix shaft is easy to fail under the action of strong axial force.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the reliability of double helix shaft.To solve the problem of high cost and long time in obtaining its reliability by traditional methods,this paper analyzes the reliability of double helix shaft by adaptive Kriging model and Monte Carlo simulation(AK-MCS)to reduce the calculation cost and improve the calculation efficiency.This paper expounds the process of reliability analysis of double helix shaft based on AK-MCS method.According to the working conditions of the double helix shaft,the reliability analysis was carried out by considering the influence of the three parameters of material density,working load and working temperature on the extrusion stress.The analysis results show that the reliability of the double helix shaft is 0.9986 under the condition that the allowable stress value is 613.21 MPa.Compared with the Monte Carlo simulation method,the evaluation method proposed in this paper has obvious advantages in simulation efficiency,which provides a way of thinking for the reliability analysis of double helix shaft.
