摘要
作为建筑类型教育的一部分,当前大多数酒店设计课程仍以功能为先,针对场地进行特定设计。在设计中学生们耗费大量时间在反复调整功能和流线上,所设计的建筑系统缺乏灵活性,难以在类型上创新,而高层模块化建筑的发展和可调节系统理论为酒店建筑设计创新带来了机遇。在北京林业大学公共建筑设计课中,学生们尝试了灵活组合式高层模块化酒店设计。通过模块单体的系统开发和组合方式的发展研究,探索了可适应不同场地环境的模块化建筑。同时,教学强化了综合系统设计,改变了传统深化建筑平面的教学过程,最终形成创新模块化系统设计和过程引导式教学模式。
As part of architecture teaching,the current majority of hotel design courses still prioritize functionality and specific site-based designs.The students spend a significant amount of time repeatedly adjusting functions and circulation,resulting in inflexible architectural systems that struggle to innovate within the typology.However,the development of high-rise modular buildings and the flexible system theories provide opportunities for the innovation of hotel design.In the Public Building Design course at Beijing Forestry University,an exploration on flexible modular hotel design was undertaken.Through the development and combination of modular units,the research was conducted to explore modular architecture that can adapt to different site environments.Simultaneously,the teaching approach emphasized multidisciplinary design,transforming the teaching process of the traditional deepening architectural plans.Ultimately,the innovative modular system designs and a guided instructional approach were established.
