特纳综合征患儿生育力保护策略研究进展

Research progress on fertility protection strategies for children with Turner syndrome

摘要 特纳综合征(TS)是由于一条X染色体完全或者部分缺失所致,是唯一的出生后能存活的单倍体综合征,也是人类染色体变异患者中最常见的类型之一。主要临床特点是女性性腺发育及卵巢功能异常、生育力低下、身材矮小伴或不伴其他相关异常体征。目前TS患儿的生育力保护越来越受到医学界关注,实施生育力保护是保留生育能力和解决不孕问题的重要环节,本文主要围绕TS患儿生育力保护策略,即药物治疗、卵巢组织冻存及移植、卵母细胞冻存3方面进行阐述。 Turner syndrome(TS)is caused by the complete or partial deletion of an X chromosome,it is the only haploid syndrome that can survive after birth and is one of the most common types of human chromosomal variation.The main clinical features are female gonadal development and ovarian dysfunction,low fertility,short stature with or without other related abnormal signs.At present,the fertility protection of children with TS has attracted more and more attention from the medical community,the implementation of fertility protection is an important link to preserve fertility and solve infertility.This paper mainly focuses on the fertility protection strategies of children with TS,namely,drug treatment,ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation,and oocyte cryopreservation.
