摘要
某北方建材化工园区工业污水处理厂近期设计规模为2 000 m^(3)/d,远期设计规模为4 000 m^(3)/d。合理选用污水处理流程,采用预处理(格栅、提升+沉砂+均质调节、事故调节+石灰软化设施)+过滤器+自清洗过滤器+UF装置+RO装置,污泥处理采用污泥浓缩、调理+板框压滤脱水。处理后的出水同时满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准、《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》及《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》,可为国内其他类似建材化工园区工业污水处理厂提供设计参考。
The recent design scale of an industrial sewage treatment plant in a northern building materials and chemical park is 2000 m3/d,and the long-term design scale is 4000 m3/d.Reasonable selection of sewage treatment process,using pretreatment(grid,lifting+sand+homogenization regulation,accident regulation+lime softening facilities)+filter+self-cleaning filter+UF device+RO device,sludge treatment using sludge treatment using sludge concentra-tion,conditioning+plate frame press filtration dehydration.The treated effluent meets the Level-A Standard of Pollut-ant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant,Water Quality of Urban Miscellaneous Water for Municipal Sewage Recycling and Industrial Water Quality of Urban Sewage Recycling,which can provide reference for the design of industrial sewage treatment plants in other similar building materials and chemical parks in China.
