摘要
为了探讨不结球白菜侵染霜霉病后的生理生化变化,以不结球白菜高抗材料605和易感材料250为试材,于三叶一心时期进行人工接种,研究接种0、24、48、72、120 h后,不结球白菜在病害胁迫下的生理生化响应。结果发现,SOD活性呈现上升-下降-再次上升的趋势,POD和CAT活性的趋势变化先上升,在接种48 h出现大幅度降低。MDA和可溶性糖含量在病菌的胁迫下均出现了两个峰值,分别在24和72 h。叶绿素含量在接种后的48 h最高,随着接种时间的延长逐渐降低。病害胁迫下两种材料的Pn和Gs均呈现下降的趋势。Ci在48 h达到最低值,72 h后迅速上升,之后缓慢下降,Pn在72 h前变化幅度不大,之后急剧上升,Tr则呈现不断上升的趋势。结果表明,POD在48 h时抗感材料酶活性变化显著,CAT在24 h有显著变化,MDA和可溶性糖含量在72 h抗感材料差异显著,这些指标均可作为评价抗感霜霉病的生理指标。不结球白菜霜霉病侵染后叶片的蒸腾速率变大,叶片迅速失水,气孔导度变差,从而影响了气孔运输二氧化碳,净光合速率下降。
In order to investigate the physiological and biochemical changes of non-heading Chinese cabbage after infected by downy mildew,highly resistant material 605 and susceptible material 250 were used as experimental materials.The physiological and biochemical responses of non-heading Chinese cabbage under disease stress at0,24,48,72,120 h after inoculation in three leaves stage were studied.The results showed that activity of SOD increased,decreased and increased again,while activities of POD and CAT increased first and significantly decreased at 48 h after inoculation.The content of MDA and soluble sugar both showed two peaks under the stress of the pathogen,which appeared at 24 and 72 h respectively.The chlorophyll content reached the highest 48 h after inoculation,and gradually decreased with the extension of inoculation time.Pnand Gsof the two materials showed a decreasing trend under disease stress.Cireached the lowest value at 48 h,increased rapidly after 72 h,and then decreased slowly after 72 h.Pnhad little change before 72 h,and then increased sharply,while Trshowed an increasing trend.The results showed that POD changed significantly at 48 h,CAT changed significantly at 24 h,MDA and soluble sugar content changed significantly at 72 h.All these indexes could be used as physiological indexes to evaluate resistance to downy mildew.After downy mildew infection,transpiration rate of the leaves was increased,then moisture content loss of the leaves was rapid,and stomatal conductance was poor,which affected stomatal transport of carbon dioxide and net photosynthetic rate was decreased.
