摘要
目的观察超声科实施质量控制专项管理的临床价值。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月山东健康集团枣庄医院超声科的100名医务人员作为研究对象,根据不同的管理模式将其分为常规组和研究组,各50名。常规组实施常规管理,研究组实施质量控制专项管理。比较两组的超声质量检查合格率、科室的效果满意评分、质量控制管理效果评分及不良事件发生率。结果研究组超声质量检查合格率、科室的效果满意评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组质量控制管理效果评分高于常规组,不良事件发生率(2.00%)低于常规组(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论开展质量控制专项管理手段可有效提高超声科的工作质量,获得理想的管理评价。
Objective To observe the clinical value of special quality control management in ultrasound department.Methods 100 medical staff members from the Ultrasound Department of Shandong Health Group Zaozhuang Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a routine group and a research group according to different management modes,with 50 staff in each group.The routine group implemented routine management,while the research group implemented special management of quality control.The qualified rate of ultrasound quality inspection,the department's effect satisfaction score,the quality control management effect score and the incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results The qualified rate of ultrasonic quality inspection and the department satisfaction score of the research group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality control management effect scores of the research group was higher than those of the routine group,and the incidence rate of adverse events(2.00%)was lower than that of the routine group(18.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out special management means of quality control can effectively improve the work quality of ultrasound department,and obtain ideal management evaluation.
