摘要
在近几年中国大学生电动方程式赛车(FSEC)的比赛中,随着各所高校车队技术的不断更迭进步,比赛的成绩也在逐步攀升。在追求极致速度的同时,赛车的安全性能也成了不可忽视的问题,故赛车的制动系统设计非常重要。而整个制动系统的控制是通过车手踩制动踏板完成的,故文章主要对制动系统中制动踏板总成进行设计与分析。在满足大赛规则要求及所需的速度性能提升和轻量化设计理念等前提下,根据校车队2022赛季E39赛车整车参数,对制动踏板总成进行设计、建模,并运用Workbench进行仿真分析校核。
In recent years,with the continuous change and progress of the university teams,the performance of the race is also gradually rising in the formula student electric China(FSEC).While pursuing the ultimate speed,the safety performance of the racing car has also become a problem that cannot be ignored.Therefore,the design of the braking system of the racing car is very important.The control of the whole braking system is completed by the driver stepping on the brake pedal,so this paper mainly designs and analyzes the brake pedal assembly in the braking system.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the competition rules and the required speed performance improvement and lightweight design concept,the brake pedal assembly is designed and modeled according to the vehicle parameters of the school team's E39 racing car in the 2022 season,and the Workbench is used for simulation analysis and verification.
