摘要
研究了温湿度对多孔含油胶木保持架的含油率、尺寸和拉伸强度等关键指标的影响规律,结果表明:随温度升高,多孔含油胶木保持架出现一定程度的出油现象,保持架含油率降低,含油率下降速率与保持架初始含油率和孔径有关,尺寸变化率不大于0.1%,拉伸强度变化浮动在1%以内;多孔含油胶木保持架在高湿度环境下吸湿后,内外径均有所增大,尺寸变化率不大于0.2%,拉伸强度降低率不大于3%;高湿度对多孔含油胶木保持架尺寸和拉伸强度的影响大于温度。
The effects of temperature and humidity on key indicators are studied,such as oil content,size and tensile strength of porous oil-containing bakelite cages.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the cages exhibit a certain degree of oil discharge,the oil content decreases,the decreasing rate of oil content is related to initial oil content and pore size of the cages,the change rate of size is not more than 0.1%,and the change of tensile strength is within 1%;after absorbing moisture in high humidity environment,both the inner and outer diameters of the cages increase,the change rate of size is not more than 0.2%,and the reduction rate of tensile strength is not more than 3%;the effect of high humidity on size and tensile strength of the cages is greater than that on temperature.
