摘要
为探究夏季不同播期对苜蓿抗寒性及越冬能力的影响,将秋末取样的4个播期3个苜蓿品种根颈进行低温处理,测定苜蓿根颈抗氧化酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量,翌年测定越冬率。研究表明,随着播种时期的推迟,不同苜蓿品种的越冬率均逐渐降低,7月1日播种的苜蓿越冬率最高;播期处理对苜蓿根颈超氧化物歧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量影响显著(P<0.01),低温处理对苜蓿根颈超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性有显著影响(P<0.01),不同苜蓿品种间根颈抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量无显著影响;苜蓿越冬率与根颈超氧化物歧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。夏季早播(7月1日—7月15日)有利于苜蓿安全越冬,苜蓿根颈中抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量规律性变化对于苜蓿抗寒性具有正效作用。
In order to investigate the effects of different sowing dates in summer on the cold resistance and over-wintering ability of alfalfa.The roots were treated with low temperature that three alfalfa varieties with four sowing dates sampled in late autumn,and the activity of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein content in the root neck of alfalfa were measured,and the overwintering rate was measured in the following year.The study showed that the overwintering rate of different alfalfa varieties gradually decreased with the delay of sowing period.The highest over-wintering rate observed for alfalfa sown on July 1st.The sowing date treatment had a significant impact on the activi-ty of superoxide dismutase and soluble protein content in the root neck of alfalfa(P<0.01),low temperature treat-ment had the significant effect on the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase in alfalfa root neck(P<0.01).There was no significant change in the activity of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein content among different alfalfa varieties.The overwintering rate of alfalfa is significantly positively correlated with the activi-ty of superoxide dismutase and soluble protein content in the root neck(P<0.05).The early broadcast of the summer(July 1st to July 15th)is beneficial for the safe overwintering of alfalfa,and regular changes in antioxidant enzyme activity and soluble protein content in root neck of alfalfa had obvious positive effects on its cold resistance.
