现浇简支箱梁外侧模纵向滑移施工技术研究 被引量:1

Research on Longitudinal Slip Construction Technology of Lateral Formwork of Cast-in-place Simply Supported Box Girder

摘要 针对现浇简支箱梁外侧模纵向滑移施工技术问题,本文结合具体工程实例,首先分析了外侧模支架及模板的设计,然后对侧模整体滑移进行了力学计算和模拟分析,最后根据确定的施工方案,阐述了现浇简支箱梁外侧模纵向滑移施工技术及控制措施,研究结果表明:模板在不同跨度下的应力分布与跨度成正比,确定了合理的跨度为6 m;采用侧模滑移方案能有效节约工期、减少成本,并提高项目的社会效益。 Aiming at the problem of longitudinal slip construction technology of lateral formwork of castin-place simply supported box girder,this paper first analyzes the design of lateral formwork support and formwork,and then carries out mechanical calculation and simulation analysis on the overall slip of lateral formwork.Finally,according to the determined construction scheme,the construction technology and control measures of longitudinal slip of lateral formwork of cast-in-place simply supported box girder are expounded.The research results show that the stress distribution of formwork is proportional to the span under different spans,and the reasonable span is determined to be 6 m.The use of side mold slip scheme can effectively save the construction period,reduce the cost,and improve the social benefits of the project.
