摘要
以双高棒产线设备智能运维的架构设计和应用实践为研究方向,梳理了国内双高棒产线的建设及智能运维的应用情况。基于设备故障信号特征、健康趋势分析等研究内容,以设备全国产化双高棒产线为应用对象,创新性地基于工业互联网构建智能运维体系。多方协同建立故障结构树、故障特征数据库、设备数字档案,以实现移动终端上查看、统计、管理设备故障隐患的功能。案例应用结果表明,自产线投运及实施智能运维管理以来,双高棒产线关键设备在线监测覆盖率达到100%、点巡检负荷量下降60%、非计划停机时间下降35%、运维成本降低25%。该研究成果将推动在线监测、故障诊断、工业互联网技术的融合应用,对轧钢产线的智能运维建设具有示范作用。
Taking the architecture design and application practice of intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment in double-high bar production line as the research direction,the construction of domestic double-high bar production line and the application of intelligent operation and maintenance are sorted out.Based on the research content of equipment fault signal characteristics,health trend analysis,etc.,and taking the equipment fully localized double-high bar production line as the application object,an intelligent operation and maintenance system based on the industrial Internet is innovatively constructed.Multi-party collaboration establishes fault structure tree,fault characteristics database,equipment digital files,so that the function of viewing,statistics,and management of hidden equipment faults on mobile terminals are realized.Case application results show that:since the production line was put into operation and the implementation of intelligent operation and maintenance management,the online monitoring coverage of key equipment in the production line of double-high bar has been 100%,the point inspection load has decreased by 60%,the unplanned downtime has decreased by 35%,and the operation and maintenance costs have been reduced by 25%.The research results will promote the integration and application of online monitoring,fault diagnosis and industrial Internet technology,and have a demonstration effect on the intelligent operation and maintenance construction of steel rolling lines.
