摘要
研究循证护理联合心理干预对急性创伤骨科患者围术期的效果。随机挑选商丘市第五人民医院2021年8月—2022年8月收治的72例急性创伤骨科患者为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组使用基础护理干预,观察组使用循证护理联合心理干预,对两组患者心理状态、护理满意率、生活质量、疼痛程度、睡眠质量进行观察。结果显示,心理状态方面,观察组患者情况更佳(P<0.05);护理满意率方面,观察组患者护理满意率更高(P<0.05);生活质量方面,观察组患者生活质量要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛程度和睡眠质量方面,观察组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量均要优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急性创伤骨科患者围术期应用循证护理联合心理干预具有确切效果,其对患者心理状态、生活质量、睡眠质量的改善具有较为积极的意义,且可以有效缓解患者疼痛感,患者的护理总满意率较高,值得临床应用。
To investigate the effects of evidence-based nursing combined with psychological interventions in the perioperative period in orthopaedic patients with acute trauma.A total of 72 orthopedic patients with acute trauma admitted to Shangqiu Fifth People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group used basic nursing intervention,and the observation group used evidence-based nursing combined with psychological intervention to observe the psychological state,nursing satisfaction rate,quality of life,pain level,and sleep quality of the two groups.The results showed that the patients in the observation group had better psychological status(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05),the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain and sleep quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of evidence-based nursing combined with psychological intervention in the perioperative period of acute trauma orthopedic patients has a definite effect,and it has a positive significance for the improvement of patients’psychological state,quality of life and sleep quality,and can effectively alleviate patients’pain,and the total nursing satisfaction rate of patients is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
