Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China:the Concept Dissemination and Governance Innovation of Education for Ecological Civilization and Sustainable Development

摘要 可持续发展教育作为联合国教科文组织的重要教育理念,从提出到成熟经历了三十多年历程,该理念在中国的传播可以概括为环境教育、环境人口与发展教育、可持续发展教育和生态文明与可持续发展教育四个阶段。中国在推动该理念的过程中,构建了一个多元主体参与的治理模式,各主体如高校、科研院所机构、各级政府部门、以公立为主的学校、社会机构等通过各种机制参与其中,推动了生态文明与可持续发展教育理论、政策和实践的不断创新和深化。而以上模式也为构建教育强国之路提供了参考,未来需要加强可持续发展教育与生态文明教育的共融共生、全机构治理模式的协同治理和数字化变革。 Sustainable development education,as an important educational concept of UNESCO,has gone through more than 30 years from its inception to maturity.The dissemination of this concept in China can be summarized as four stages:Environmental Education,Environment Population and Development Education,Sustainable Development Education,and Education for Ecological Civilization and Sustainable Development.In the progress of promoting this concept,China has constructed a governance model with multiple stakeholders participating.Various stakeholders such as universities,research institutions,government departments at all levels,public schools,and social institutions participate through various mechanisms,promoting the continuous innovation and deepening of theory,policies,and practices of Education for Ecological Civilization and Sustainable Development.The above models also provide reference for building a powerful country in education.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the integration and symbiosis,collaborative governance of the entire institutional governance model,and digital reform of Education for Ecological Civilization and Sustainable Development.
