摘要
目的:建立酒白芍的没食子酸含量测定方法。方法:通过HPLC法测定酒白芍中没食子酸含量,并进行质量评价。结果:没食子酸含量测定方法稳定,主要成分峰面积和质量浓度之间的线性关系良好(R=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD为0.7%。结论:本实验成功建立了酒白芍中没食子酸的含量测定方法,可为酒白芍的质量评价提供依据。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in Wine Paeoniae Radix Alba.Methods:HPLC is employed to determine the content and quality evaluation of gallic acid in Wine Paeoniae Radix Alba.Results:The method for determination of the gallic acid is stable,and the linear relationship between peak area and mass concentration of main components is good(R>0.9999),whose average recoveries is 97.6%,the RSD is 0.7%.Conclusion:A method for determination of gallic acid in Wine Paeoniae Radix Alba is established,which can provide experimental basis for quality control of Wine Paeoniae Radix Alba.
