摘要
兰州地区某公共建筑为实现超低能耗绿色建筑,应用多项被动节能技术,耦合高效冷热源和光伏发电系统。文章基于建筑信息化模型(BIM)节能技术平台和瞬时系统模拟程序(TRNSYS)仿真软件对建筑能耗及建筑节能进行计算分析,得出以下结论:该建筑基准能耗综合值为51.651 kW·h/(m^(2)·a),在屋面设置200 m^(2)太阳能光伏发电系统时,年均发电量可达6.42万kW·h/a,单位建筑面积发电指标约为27.80 kW·h/(m^(2)·a);基于可再生能源设计的建筑能耗综合值仅为5.1 kW·h/(m^(2)·a),该办公楼建筑综合节能率可达90.12%;建筑本体节能率为35.32%,可再生能源利用率为85.96%,生产总量大于建筑年终端能源消耗量,性能指标完全满足能效指标的约束性要求。上述设计及结论可为西北地区公建项目近零能耗建筑提供良好的示范。
In order to achieve the ultra-low energy consumption green building in a public building in Lanzhou a number of passive energy-saving technologies are applied,and the efficient hot and cold source and the photovol⁃taic power generation system are used.The article is based on building information model(BIM)energy-saving technology platform and transient system simulation program(TRNSYS)simulation software to calculate and ana⁃lyze building energy consumption and building energy conservation,the following conclusions are obtained:The com⁃prehensive energy consumption value of the building is 51.651 kW·h/(m^(2)·a).When the 200 m^(2)solar photovoltaic power generation system in the roof,the annual average power generation can reach 64200 kW·h/a,and the power generation index per unit building area is about 27.80 kW·h/(m^(2)·a).The comprehensive value of building energy consumption based on renewable energy design is only 5.1 kW·h/(m^(2)·a),and the comprehensive energy saving rate of the office building can reach 90.12%.The energy saving rate of the building itself is 35.32%,and the utiliza⁃tion rate of renewable energy is 85.96%,the total production volume is greater than the annual terminal energy con⁃sumption of the building,and the performance indicators fully meet the constrains of energy efficiency indicators.The above design and conclusion can provide a good demonstration for the near-zero energy consumption buildings in the Northwest Public Construction Project.
