摘要
随着我国物流行业的迅猛发展,环境污染问题日益凸显。文章探讨了我国物流行业环境污染法律规制的问题。首先,分析我国物流行业的持续增长及其带来的环境压力。其次,从环境影响评价缺失、环境法律体系不完善、多元治理主体参与不足和执法行为不规范四个方面详细介绍我国物流行业环境污染法律规制存在的问题。再次,阐述我国物流行业环境污染法律规制的必要性,强调其对保护环境资源和推动经济社会可持续发展的重要性。最后,提出我国物流行业环境污染法律规制的路径,包括明确法律责任、建立治理标准、强化监管力度以及推广物流行业技术及模式等措施。
With the rapid development of China's logistics industry,environmental pollution issues are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper explores the legal regulation of environmental pollution in China's logistics industry.Firstly,the paper analyzes the sustained growth of China's logistics industry and the environmental pressure it brings.Secondly,the paper provides a detailed introduction to the problems in the legal regulation of environmental pollution in China's logistics industry from four aspects:lack of environmental impact assessment,incomplete environmental legal system,insufficient participation of diverse governance entities,and non-standard law enforcement behavior.Once again,the paper elaborates on the necessity of legal regulations on environmental pollution in China's logistics industry,emphasizing its importance in protecting environmental resources and promoting sustainable economic and social development.Finally,the paper proposes the path for legal regulation of environmental pollution in China's logistics industry,including clarifying legal responsibilities,establishing governance standards,strengthening regulatory efforts,and promoting logistics industry technologies and models.
