摘要
CRTSⅢ板式无砟轨道是我国自主研发的一种竖向多层轨道结构,其热力学响应容易受到气象多因素的影响,本文建立了桥上CRTSⅢ板式无砟轨道有限元模型并进行了模型验证,然后分析了不同气象因素(环境温度、太阳辐射、风速)对无砟轨道结构热力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:该三维有限元模型可以较好反映无砟轨道热力学性能,三种气象因素中,太阳辐射是影响结构热力学响应的最重要因素,导致轨道内多层结构较大的温度、应力、位移变化,其次是环境温度作用,风速作用影响最小,特别是轨道板的热力学响应变化幅值明显大于自密实混凝土层与底座板。研究结果有助于揭示CRTSⅢ板式无砟轨道的温度荷载效应,为无砟轨道的长期结构性能评估与养维提供重要的意义。
The CRTS III slab ballastless track is a vertical multi-layer track structure independently developed in China.The thermal response of the track structure is easily affected by many meteorological factors.This paper established a finite element model of the CRTS III slab ballastless track on the bridge and conducted model verification.Then,the influence of different meteorological factors(e.g.different ambient temperatures,solar radiation,and wind speeds)on the thermal properties of the ballastless track was analyzed.The results show that the three-dimensional finite element model can better reflect the thermal performance of the ballastless track.Among the three meteorological factors,solar radiation is the most important factor affecting the thermal response of the structure,resulting in greater temperature,stress,and displacement of the multi-layer structure in the track.changes,followed by the effect of ambient temperature,and the effect of wind speed is the smallest.In particular,the change amplitude of the thermal response of the track slab is significantly greater than that of the self-compacting concrete layer and the base plate.The research results help to reveal the thermal effect of ballastless track,and provide important significance for the structural performance evaluation and maintenance of ballastless track.
