炼钢金属料耗的极限研究与控制

摘要 为了有效降低转炉金属料等资源消耗,通过研究影响转炉金属料消耗的主要因素,提出降低金属料损耗的方案,并在炼钢生产中付诸应用实践。通过研究采用炼钢动态调整转炉原辅料结构,增加含铁物料应用,优化冶炼工艺、造渣工艺、终点控制、连铸生产等环节生产工艺及技术,强化转炉过程冶炼控制,可逐步实现金属料消耗极限控制。经实践,2022年,转炉金属料消耗降低2.24 kg/t,有效减少了钢铁料消耗,降低了炼钢生产成本,取得良好的经济效益。 In order to effectively reduce the consumption of metal materials in the converter,the main factors affecting the consumption of metal materials in the converter are studied,and the scheme to reduce the consumption of metal materials is put forward.By adjusting the structure of raw and auxiliary materials in the converter,such as increasing the application of iron containing materials,optimizing production processes and technologies such as smelting,slagging,endpoint control,and continuous casting production,strengthening the control of the converter process to achieve the ultimate control of metal charge consumption.Through practice,in 2022,the metal material consumption of the converter at Shiheng Steelmaking Plant decreased by 2.24 kg/t,effectively reducing steel material consumption and steelmaking production costs,and achieving good economic benefits.
