摘要
全球性气候问题攸关世界经济发展,实现碳中和目标不仅是可持续发展的必然选择,更是全球大势所趋。在此背景下,积极探索新的碳减排路径至关重要。全球性气候变暖影响具有显著的区域性差异,已有研究表明全球气候变暖对低温地区具有一定积极作用,经济发展最适宜区域正逐渐向高纬度地区转移。同时,低温地区特别是北极地区的碳减排潜力越发凸显,这一新形势也为碳中和目标实现和缓解气候变暖提供了新的发展方向。在阐释低温经济的概念和内涵的基础上,聚焦北极航运、建筑能耗、全球能源与信息互联网络、数据中心等在北极地区具有碳减排潜力的产业,分析北极低温经济发展的潜力和挑战。
Global climate issues have a bearing on world economic development. Achieving carbon neutrality is not only an inevitable choice for sustainable development, but also a global trend. In this context, it is crucial to actively explore new carbon reduction paths. There are significant regional differences in the impact of global warming. Studies have shown that global warming has a positive impact on low-temperature areas, and the most suitable areas for economic development are gradually shifting to high-latitude areas. At the same time, the carbon emission reduction potential of low-temperature regions, especially the Arctic region, is becoming more and more prominent, and this new situation also provides a new development direction for the realization of carbon neutrality and the mitigation of climate warming. On the basis of explaining the concept and connotation of low temperature economy, focusing on Arctic shipping, building energy consumption, global energy and information Internet, data center and other industries with carbon emission reduction potential in the Arctic region, the potential and challenges of the development of low temperature economy in the Arctic are analyzed.
